About The Founder

Seek To Discover was founded in 2021 by Alia Vashishtha, with the vision of creating more awareness about mental health and helping reduce the stigma surrounding it. Through a strengths-based approach, Alia empowers individuals with practical tools and insights to navigate life's challenges and foster personal growth.


Born and raised in Mumbai, Alia married an army officer in 2010. Her exposure to multiculturalism and army life has helped shape some of her values like integrity, discipline and resilience. Her personal journey inspired her to deepen her understanding of the human psyche through a range of educational qualifications in mental health, spirituality, and mindfulness.


Driven by a passion for holistic wellbeing, Alia has explored diverse therapeutic modalities and engaged with people from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences. These experiences have shaped her belief that true wellbeing encompasses both mental and physical health.


At Seek To Discover, Alia is committed to providing individuals with the tools, techniques, and support needed to unlock their potential, build resilience, and live with happiness in their hearts and peace in their minds.
